There is no need to send them back.*Please note diet restrictions can be made, just let us know! Private vows!! Guests may arrive at 5pm for hors d’oeuvres and open bar in the foyer... Ballroom will be opened at 5:45pm for guests to settle into their assigned tables. **Please note open bar is only until 6pm, the remainder of the event is cash bar! The Brides’ introduction will be at 6pm. First dance to immediately follow. Dinner is buffet style beginning at 6:15pm and will remain out for approximately one hour. Cake and dessert accompaniment will be served as well. After reception, private bar room open for guests wishing to continue the celebration. This area will stay open until 1am. For anyone traveling, hotels rooms are available for guests wishing to stay and spend the night!
